mom on our show a few seasons ago and now we are excited to have him.

LINA LINA PANCAKES
Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup white or light brown
sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups water
• coconut oil spray, to coat pan • 1 teaspoon butter
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Add flour, sugar and salt to a large bowl and whisk.
Slowly add water to the dry ingre- dients while mixing.
Continue adding water until mix-
ture has a gravy-like consistency. Heat your pan to medium, grease with coconut oil spray, then spoon in
pancake mixture and fry.
Butter pancake before rolling and
cutting it in half.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice
cream and sprinkle on cinnamon sugar mixture.
