ANSWER TO TODAY’S PUZZLE
Ingredients:
• 1 medium butternut squash
• 1 14-ounce container plain cottage cheese
• 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled • 1 bag spinach, stems removed
Directions:
• 6 caps full of fines herbes
• 2 large fresh tomatoes, sliced • 1 bag Italian cheese mix,
shredded
• 1 bag sharp cheddar mix, shredded • salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice butternut squash. In a bowl, soft- en squash in the microwave for about 15 minutes, or steam/sauté to soften. In the meantime, add cottage cheese, crackers and fines herbes into a mixing bowl. In a baking pan, layer your ingredients: squash, cottage cheese, spinach, cottage cheese, spinach, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, tomatoes. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

Genevieve is a 2020 Graduate of Konawaena High School. While a Senior at Konawaena H.S. she made the decision to enroll in the Hawaii School of Dental Arts
for the Dental Assistant program. Genevieve, “Genna”, excelled in this program and graduated at the top of her class. Genna is very dedicated to her new position as a Dental Assistant and could not be more excited to be starting her dental career with Dr. Nitta and the Tropical Smiles team.
Genna is born and raised in Kona, Hawaii and when she is not working, she enjoys going to the beach, playing with her dogs and spending time with her friends and family.
