KAMABOKO DIP
Ingredients:
• 1 block kamaboko
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened • 1/4 cup mayo or kewpie mayo
• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Directions:
Grate or slice the kamaboko into thin chunks. Combine with cream cheese, kewpie mayo and green onions in a bowl and mix. Serve with crackers.

In her spare time, Dr. Nitta enjoys spending time with her family, running, playing volleyball, hiking and eating delicious meals.
