LINALINA (HAWAIIAN PANCAKES)
Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour • 3 cups water
• 4 tablespoons honey
• oil, to coat pan
Directions:
Mix flour, water and honey to a loose consisten- cy. Heat pan and oil. Pour ladle of mixture in pan
until brown. Flip. Remove from pan when cooked. Cover with your favorite toppings. Serves 4-6.
